Can anyone guess what the blog title is from? Anyone? It is the John Mayer song, Neon. I am sure you have guessed by now that this post is about neon. It is every where with the so-bright-it it glows in the dark colors. It is a great color palette for those who get bored with pastels. In neon...well you will definitely be standing out from the crowd. Just rock it. Here are some great neon looks and ideas to help you figure out how to wear this fun trend.
If you don't know where to start then start small. Use your pop of neon color in your accessories. As you can see the light blue dress really becomes something with the BRIGHT pink belt wrapped around it. Or that beige neckline is now screaming for attention with the necklace. Take outfits that have neutrals and spice them up.
Now that warmer has arrived take the neon colors to your shorts and skirts. Once again if you don't know what to pair it with, start with a neutral. The more you use color and patterns the more comfortable you will become with their natural pairing partners.
If you really want to be bold try a dress that is entirely neon - bright, bold, and beautiful. Make sure that if you are using an all-over color that it will compliment your skin tone. You don't want to walk around looking like a zombie because the neon yellow makes you look more dead than bold and beautiful. Finally, try and mix the neon colors with other trends such as the colorblocking trend. As you can see the cobalt blue pants paired with the neon yellow shirt are amazing together. Don't miss out on making an amazing outfit because you are afraid of color. EMBRACE THE COLOR!
Until next time my fashion lovers,
Jennifer

White Hot!
The beauty of warm weather brings all sorts of wonderful colors to seasons but one of the most perfect things you can wear all year around is white. It is crisp, clean, beautiful, and pairs well with everything. No one looks bad with white...well, with a piece of white in their wardrobe. I highly recommend that everyone owns something white for every season.
Let's start with the summer classic the white dress. Just a reminder ladies be careful when going to those backyard BBQ's, not to get any sauce or watermelon on that clean white dress. I am a complete klutz and I know it happens.
Another way to wear white during spring is wearing white pants and shorts. With this you can pair your fave summer top and like I said you can make it look much more clean and crisp than just a pair of jean would have.
Finally the essence of every wardrobe is a white shirt. Every lady needs a white tee in her closet and a white button down. Seriously. Get one now.
As you can see from the photos above there are plenty of trends displayed and the white top is worn with it quite well. So if you are wondering what to wear with those colored jeans or floral print try white. It may not be the most bold or daring piece but it will work.
